No, not even close to anything I said. You might try looking at things dispassionately. It's amazing the difference it makes.

I noted that the artile said they were granted permission. Which means no search warrant needed, and probable cause not an issue.

I assumed the article meant that the JUDGE had granted permission, although the article does nothing to make that clear. Images of the search warrant have been seen online, so probable cause was an issue. If they were already granted permission without a warrant, there wasn't much reason to go to the effort of getting one drawn up, was there?

Granted permission by a judge after a search warrant was requested. Obviously Miss Damond didn’t give permission and I am pretty sure her fiencee wasn’t at her house.
