There is a reason voting signs and materials are in Spanish. The officials that did this should go to jail, the people the signed up while not citizens should lose status and be deported. Whether they vote or not, registering to vote is committing election fraud, committing a crime. Deport them all!

So, anyone that did register has committed a crime, should be charged and (1) offered deportation to avoid conviction, else (2) convicted and deported. Keep choices simple.
