They are creating issues in airports. Americans are not going to like having their trips to the airport made more stressful.

This reminds me of two instances. The first is the stop order given by the judge hearing the case brought by states against the Dreamer EO, under Obama. Obama actively continued their activities despite the order, for months. The second was a SCOTUS ruling on search incident to arrest. It came out in the afternoon on the East Coast and I was doing a ride along with the local sheriff's dept. on the West Coast. They immediatel were taking the SCOTUS ruling into account and when in doubt, getting a warrant to make those searches.
Don't know what the actual deal is here, but hearing only the ACLU's opinion isn't going to be the truth.
Wrong. The Temporary injunction only said they could not be deported, (sent back to the country they flew from). It did not order, (and could not have ordered), the Customs agents to release them into the country. As far as I know they are still at the airport awaiting a decision on their admissibility into the US. They may have been transported to a detention center awaiting adjudication of their immigration status but they technically have not entered the US.

You have this exactly right. Trump should simply ignore this lefty judge, and the customs agents have a duty UNDER THE LAW to carry out the commands of the CIC. End of story.
