Lately, that’s about what this bunch of kooks seem to be.

I honestly believe, though, that in their twisted little minds that they equate the word ‘civil’ with ‘socialist.’

Yup, I believe it. If the judicial system outside the administration attempt to usurp Presidential Authorities I expect them to be suitably smacked down and ignored.

I.E an enumerated power.

If the judge had sited a law (naturally passed by Congress) then he could invalidate the law or halt the law. It’s beyond me how he can affect a Presidential order, which he has no authority over. By Monday night, reality will set over all of these judges that they have a very limited amount of standing (strictly law).

A court that commands respect and loyalty to its decisions goes only so far as the true allegiance to our Constitution it exhibits.

Omar Jadwat, director of the ACLU’s

That's part of the problem right there. It will not be enough to stop bringing in more. We have to get rid of the ones we have already. All of them.

“federal customs agents are siding with President Trump”

lol

Trump can fire them. The judge can’t.

One is reminded of the famous query:

How many divisions does the court have ?

I believe customs agents take an oath to the constitution, not to some federal judge.

The ICE Department is under the executive branch.

Sort of like the age old conflict and the quote attributed to a certain dead president:

"The court has rendered their decision. Now, let them enforce it."

The ACLU has been using friendly courts (and in some case, friendly government officials) for a long time to reshape our nation into their version of a utopia.

It is about time someone said no.

No Inferior court created by Congress has the authority to overrule the Executive Branch, If Congress were to pass a simple law stating “The Judiciary shall remain silent on all executive orders regarding immigration” as permitted in Article 3, Section 2 of the US Constitution it would shut out the Courts entirely and it is clearly within the Duty of Congress to do that under the Constitution.

“....the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.”

“Omar Jadwat”

On principle I don’t trust lawyers with names like Omar Jadwat.
