Yes. I got into this argument yesterday on another thread and don't want to rehearse it here, but the EO should have grandfathered people already traveling with valid U.S. visas. On green cards, if there is a specific reason for reopening the vetting on a particular individual, fine. But otherwise, a green card holder is a legal permanent resident of the U.S. and should be treated with respect. Trump's EO was over-broad. The very small number of people with visas and green cards already in transit should have been grandfathered -- again, unless there is specific information about a particular individual that warrants a review on a case-by-case basis.
I see the problem- the judge is a woman! Sexist ICE people!
It’s the ACLU who is ignoring the Judge. They are trying to broaden alnarrow rulings. The rulings said that those already with visas must be allowed admittance. The ACLU is saying that means everyone. They know that they are lying.
Actually in this case, the argument would be more like:
Trump: The executive order remains in place and will be enforced until it can be argued in a “more structured setting”.
(we know that to be a higher court where it will be shot down).
As the ICE works for the Executive Branch, the judge’s order is meaningless.
The left getting a taste of its own medicine. Only Trump has the law on his side instead of outright breaking it like they do.

The process of entering the US with a visa is not complete until the visa holder has cleared the final interview at the Port of Entry and has been admitted to the US.
Green cards can be revoked at any time and upon returning to the US the green card holder must still satisfy the customs Agent at the Port of Entry that they do not fall into a category of aliens not allowed to enter the US. I.E.: was involved in sex tourism with children or narcotic trade, etc.
Custom agents are smart enough to know they don’t get their paychecks from the ACLU or huff-n-puffing Judges.

It boils down to who has control or in the same sense who has jurisdiction.
We shouldn’t kid ourselves, federal judges with jurisdiction have massive power. They can even take over control of city governments for a time as in placing things into a receivership and controlling all city employees including fire and police. They can do the same to corporations large and small. They can influence and control the lives of millions of people. And they have the US Marshals to stand behind them AS LONG AS THERE IS CLEAR JURISDICTION.
The US Marshals Service is a shared service. They are a shared resource among the branches of government. They will always back the branch with jurisdiction. Jurisdiction is a notion of authority and control pertaining to the question of who has control of the bodies?

And to say that it appears the judge does not have proper jurisdiction is NOT wishful thinking but a clear reading of the statutes.
