It’s the ACLU who is ignoring the Judge. They are trying to broaden alnarrow rulings. The rulings said that those already with visas must be allowed admittance. The ACLU is saying that means everyone. They know that they are lying.
Wrong. The Temporary injunction only said they could not be deported, (sent back to the country they flew from). It did not order, (and could not have ordered), the Customs agents to release them into the country. As far as I know they are still at the airport awaiting a decision on their admissibility into the US. They may have been transported to a detention center awaiting adjudication of their immigration status but they technically have not entered the US.
