and a direct route to becoming a U.S. citizen.

Some of the recipients are admitted to the U.S. as refugees so they immediately qualify for federal welfare benefits like food stamps and Medicaid.

This is what Obama and his cohorts did.
They helped them come here using Tax Payer funds
They gave them green cards.
They helped to hide them in the states.
They gave them Welfare, Medicaid and Food Stamps and Cell Phones paid for by the American Tax Payers.
