This is the key info from the FBI Vault HRC leak:

**
Because of Executive Privilege, Obama's name would be redacted from these files.
We also know that (per Wiki) Obama did receive HRC state.gov emails.
This would implicate POTUS in the criminality and explain why HRC wasn't put before a Grand Jury. The entire hierarchy of the Executive Branch would be indicted.
Dunno but I’m guessing that iii, jjj, and kkk all refer to footnotes.
Which also means the Mr Herring of the FBI lied to Rep Chavetz when he told him there was no ‘executive privilege’ in any of the redactions.
Steve Pieczenik said that they were going to prosecute Obama.
See http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3487966/posts?page=122#122 for a transcript of Pieczenik’s comments. He said they were going to “convict and indict the President of the United States.”
Redacted from the FBI, but that would be de- redacted when it comes from Julian A.
In a criminal investigation, there should be no redactions. People (a varied panel to avoid partisanship) with the proper security clearances should review every word of classified emails and report the nature of the communications.
Then indict their asses!! You break the law, you suffer the penalty. Is that not how it works?
Where the heck did that come from? This was posted as a vanity, not as “news”. It raises a serious question about a critical issue to the election.
What’s your problem?
well the name Obama looks like it would fit in the redacted box....or POTUS
Bkmrk.
From what I’ve read. HRottenC never activated her state.gov account. If she did send email to Barky (at least 22×) then it was from her clintonemail.com acct. Why did not he did not notice?
-—convict and indict-—
I thought this wording was peculiar and raised my normal skepticism. The wording seems very unprofessional from an alleged professional.
A correct phrase would be “indict and convict”. Lacking an indictment first, there can be no conviction.
How do you do a “Vanity” post?
Someone emailed me that the site manager (Jim) asked they not be posted on the News/Page.
But when you do a post you have to select TOPICS. At the very end is VANITY. Select that. Then identify it as a VANITY post in the title.
They occasionally ax them. If you don’t click it as NEWS/CURRENT events it’ll be more likely to remain up.
Thank you!
