The Erf rejoices!
Now that they have ordered cattle not to fart, it is time for them to order the ground beneath the state to stop having earthquakes.
I have got to stop saying “How stupid can California get?” - they take it as a challenge.
Say goodbye to the Californa cattle and dairy industries.
Global warming=destroying mankind and their ability to make a living.
It’s a war on agriculture. Add that to holding water from farmers for a small fish, and today new overtime regs for farm workers in CA.
Everything emanating from Sacramento is a fart.
The same legislature that just refused to end the gross corruption as appears at that state’s public utilities and coastal zoning commissions. Too many billions of dollars of lobbyist/ campaign contributors’ $$$$ at stake. ———truer words were never spoken than when -the California Legislature’s former leader Jess Unruh said “California has the best legislature money can buy”.
How will this affect lesbian farmers?
I recently noticed in FR that CO2, and now presumably CO2 in cow farts, helps plants to do better during drought.
Study: plants do better during drought thanks to increased CO2 levels
If I understand things correctly, shouldnt lawmakers in drought-striken Calfornia be encouraging cows to fart? /semi-sarc
What about bulls? Can they fart freely?
My ex tried this regulation on me.
This will CREATE JOBS!!! How many more bureaucrats will we need to monitor the cow farts? I’d say we would need one staffer per three cows and then of course their supervisor, and then an assistant administrative director or five, then a few deputy directors, then the director, the HR and payroll departments. And this is per farm. Then we would need county, regional and state staffs to oversee them.
My wife has maintained for years that cattle farts contribute half the harmful gases into the atmosphere, and that I contribute the other half.
So right!

What the California legislature is doing may amount to a war on agriculture, but I don’t think that’s their intent at all.
I think they’re just so over-the-top lib wacko, that they pass every hare-brained, pie-in-the-sky, kook idea that pops into their drug addled heads.
Liberalism is a mental illness, and apparently it’s contagious.
