A recent round of polls in battleground states shows the contest between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump much tighter than national polling.
Traditional swing states show a battle similar to the fight in 2012 between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, with one exception. The emergence of Pennsylvania as a toss-up contest has already shifted the landscape ahead of November.

Trump to the top.
Pretty good since Hillary and company have been slamming ads against trump for awhile
Guess Orlando did make a difference
On his radio show today, Sean Hannity said that the polls over sample democrats.
Sean said that the media polls 28% Republicans but they poll 35% democrats. Sean said the actually number of democrats polled should be 29%, not 35%.
In other words, Trump is doing even better than these polls indicate.
“Many will vote Trump but won’t tell a poll that.”

Sound like the “Wilder” effect that Trump always talks about.
Another Trump endorser, in case you have not posted about her.
There was a post here on FR the other day that mentioned the county in Pennsylvania where Wilkes Barre is located. I don’t recall the name of the county.
Obama won that county by 5% in 2012.
According to the post I saw the other day, Trump is head there now by 17%.
Correct. States like CA, NY, IL, DE, MD etc give the Rats a huge majority which skews national polls. But forget total votes, worry only about electoral votes.
Trump gets my California vote, but realistically it’ll take a miracle for Trump to win in the California cesspool of liberalism. Trump can win nationally and Trump is exactly what America needs. Go Trump!
I would not bet against your suggestion
And the wildcard in state polls like this PPP one of PA that have Gary Johnson at 6% and Jill Stein at 3.
Lucerne?
I just went to bing.com and looked up the name of the county where Wilkes Barre is located....
It’s Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.....with a “z” rather than a “c”....where Trump is leading by 17% (according to the thread here on FR that I saw on Sunday).
And there has been a full blown series of attacks on trump from all sides for the last couple weeks - they have him right where he wants them to have him....
Oh jeeze.... I lived a few miles from 84 in CT too. There is a chance we have run into each other at some point.
Lot of Freepers in our neck of the woods, that’s for sure.
I will predict Trump will win Ohio.
I suspect Trump is up about 5%!
No thanks. We already have Camden and Trenton. You are welcome to take them, though.
Today’s Fox poll heralds “Clinton pulls into a Tie in OH”-—huh??
When did FOX EVER show Trump leading in OH? But now Cankles “surges”? LOL.
correct...he won’t win in Wisconsin....Partly because of the Walker comments. It’s a weird state, where democrats stay home except for presidential years.
