Ben Carson has the ability to say everything he shouldnt at exactly the wrong time.
Since the former neurosurgeon has taken up the role of working on Donald Trumps vice presidential team, he has suggested that the candidate may pick a Democratic running mate, dropped she-who-must-not-be-named Sarah Palin as a potential pick and earlier generally questioned a number of the presumptive nominees habits from his Twitter use to lack of pragmatism.
So he was off the VP team in a hurry.

He tried.
He failed.
He got fired.
Not a bad reflection on Trump at all.
The daily beast is a Soros publication.
... or Ben Carson’s role was to intentionally throw names out there that would make the media’s heads explode.
Yeh, right....like checking on "bud" at the grainary.
Ben Carson is not a plant as in a democrat plant. He’s a plant as in potted plant.
He is a good man, but that doesn’t mean he is competent in every capacity.
Dr. Carson is a nice man, but too weak and uniformed for a major post in Donald’s administration.
I’d like to see Col Allen West in the VP slot.
Now there’s a knowledgeable, fearless man- and a war hero to boot!
He ‘gets’ the muslim agenda. Hear what he tells a young marine about Islam:

He was off the committee a few days before those names came out to set up the Ryan meeting according to Newsmax. Whether there was a firing or not is debatable but it wasn’t due to the supposed leaks.
Carson’s problem in two words...Armstrong Williams
Back to the pyramids for Ben.
They’re still buddies.
Donald and Ben bonded in that epic debate moment when Ben got confused; Donald stood by his side and walked out w/ him to make it look less damaging to Ben.
I’m sure Ben was appreciative....and it made Donald look like a superhero.
You gotta kinda like Gentle Ben, if for nothing else than his sheer irreverence in the presence of men of power and influence. He is very much his own man, and floating interesting (if somewhat heretical) hypotheses in the council of his peers may just be his way of thinking out loud. The good doctor is being used not so much for his organization skills (of which he has plenty) but as a sort of sounding board. If the new strategy has the right resonance, it will be adopted, but perhaps a good many of the points raised by Gentle Ben have more to do with trial balloons than with actual moves.
Daily Beast—gossip from a rag to work a narrative.
TEST...Test....test......Fail
Carson seems like a good guy. I mean I’d take him to dinner and stuff. Seems fun and all.
But he is a total friggin’ goofball.
He might be swell at brain surgery, but I wouldn’t let the man paint my living room.
Exactly.
I always look to see what the source is FIRST.
..and a warning to others...
Colonel West would bring more uncertainty to the candidacy. Besides that, he's not a proven political campaigner on the national level. Summary....it's a bad idea.
What’s wrong with Palin?
