The man is insane. Fox tried every way possible to stop Trump.

The man is 100% correct. Fox tried every way possible to stop Trump, and that helped Trump to win.

The guy just come comes across as unlikable. I don’t think he realizes just how unlikable he appears when he talks. His mannerism, somewhat squeaky voice and demeanor remind me of a younger Hillary Clinton; slimy, duplicitous and obsequious. Maybe that is unfair but I don’t think I’m alone in the perception.

You are right on. The more I saw of both Cruz and Trump, the more I aligned with Trump. While an argument could be made that Cruz was more of a conservative purist, Cruz was and is a flawed vessel with which to carry the conservative torch. People long for another Reagan, but Cruz is no Reagan. Reagan was affable and well-liked on a personal level; Cruz is neither affable nor well-liked.

Trump has projected an image of strength and willingness to join the fight, while Cruz comes across as a poseur.

He’s killed his brand and whatever good regard admirers once had for him.
It’s embarrassing.

Ted Cruz should blame Ted Cruz. After all, he is “the king of voterless states!”™

If he'd had the balls to come our as forcefully against illegal immigration, unfair trade, and Islam early he might have won it all

You do realize he doesn't really believe in restricting immigration in any way, right? The man even held diametrically-opposed positions on anchor baby citizenship within the span of 4 years. He is as phony as they come.

I was turned off by Cruz disloyalty with his staffers and demanding Trump fire Corey over a hoax

Not to mention, blaming Trump for riots.

Sheer jealousy of a true leader. He thought he could obtain the leadership role by trickery and mendacity, rather than winning the role with Republican votes for his policies and character. He is not a leader and he is lacking in good character.

Even with the whole of the Republican establishment media and politicians financially supporting and politically scheming with him, he couldn’t lead and rather still resorted to trickery and mendacity. That says a lot about the man, right there.

And now he’s going to come out and blame Fox news...that’s rich.

will this man just shut the hell up.
He ran an awful campaign starting in Iowa by telling Carson voters he was dropping out and then demanding to have a one on one while having that mailing list.

In the beginning, I was a Ted Cruz supporter and even donated to his campaign. But one of the benefits of the seemingly endless primary season is that it revealed Cruz to be a smarmy phony. I guess his college classmates were right.

He ALWAYS has an excuse that never involves an apology or changing his views. A new question among conservatives will be “when did you first become convinced that Cruz has serious character flaws”? For me, it’s a tie. For campaign tactics, it’s that horrific “shaming” letter in Iowa. For issues, it’s his advocacy that increased Obama’s ability to get the trade deals Obama wants.

Wow...he really is worrying me. I know people are vested in the future of this nation but he seems to be very very bitter and broken. Not full algore but he needs to tone it down and work on rehabilitating his career and rebuild some bridges, not continue to burn them.

Ted Cruz had to know CNN (and others) have no love for him and would love to kill his future political career if they are able.

He has to be weary about what he says and how it is going to be perceived.

Take a couple months off any interview, Ted, AFTER you publicly endorsed GOP nominee and transfer your delegates to Trump.
