Mike Lee(R-Utah) said Wednesday that he is not ready to endorse presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump
"I have not supported Donald Trump up to this point, I have not endorsed him," Lee said, according to The Washington Examiner.
"I have some concerns with him. He scares me to death; so does Hillary Clinton
. There is no easy choice right now." Lee had previously endorsed Ted Cruz
, before the Texas senator ended his presidential bid earlier this month. At the time, he said Cruz had a "proven record of fighting for our conservative values and for the issues that matter most to Americans."
The Utah senator said he plans to continue following the election and will make a choice in the future.
"I'll make the decision as best I can," he said, "but I'm not there yet."
Lee now joins several other Republican leaders, who have said they are not ready to endorse Trump or said that they don't plan to vote for the presumptive nominee in a general election.
Speaker Paul Ryan said last week that he was "just not ready" to endorse the presumptive GOP nominee.
They think that the Hilldebeeste will be soooo much better than Trump.
Its now official, Mike Lee has finally taken a drink from that infamous Kool-Aid.

Trump “scares him”? Having a wrecking ball come in to the WH to turn around the damage that’s been done isn’t scary. Also, we’ve already experienced truly scary. For the last 8 years. We’re immune to scary.

Also, Mike Lee must think there’s still hope to block Trump.
Fox just claimed that Paul Ryan represents the MOST conservative wing of the party.
Sen. Lee thinks Trump may be too leftist in office. Lyin’ Ryan thinks Trump will be an actual Conservative. Remember to keep the motivations for why there are hesitations on their parts in focus.

If Trump “scares” him, then Lee just confirmed he’s part of the overwhelming problem of career-long RINO politicians in government whose job will be on notice once Trump takes office.
He’s a Mormon.
I thought Lee was one of the good ones who had a brain.
If he thinks Trump is going to pander to him because he’s ‘not ready’ to lend his support, he should think again.
