Same line the GOPe told us about McCain and Romney and they both lost. You don’t win a general election without firing up the base. The voters in the middle just follow like lemmings whichever base is more excited.

Mormons once fought a war against DC/Feds just before CW1. The Mormons understand the need for preparedness so you would think that this view would have been born out of a distrust and suspicion of big government. Now they’re lining up with the DC insiders.

He’s also the choice of some democrats who want to assure that Hillary has someone she can beat.
Wyoming is less than half done. They had the non-binding caucus for the masses, followed by the County Conventions where 12 of the I think 31 delegates were chosen.
Next is the state convention where (I believe) 16 of the 19 remaining get selected. The other three are RNC committee persons.
What % does Cruz need if you take New York and New Jersey out? Isn’t already mathematically eliminated?
You Trumpamaniacs can’t have it both ways. You can’t say Cruz is with the insiders and then say they’re going to dump him and elect someone else at the convention. Everyone with a brain knows Cruz is the ultimate conservative outsider who can be totally trusted on the issues. Intelligent conservatives in Utah want to give him all the delegates he needs to win at the convention.

In other words, he has generally done better (with some exceptions) in "blue" states than in "red" states.
Yep, thank God someone who wants to run for President got some experience working in the executive branch and on campaigns for the Republicans we were supporting at the time.

Cruz is up now on the rally video and one of the 1st things he said (after praising Carly Fiorina so much it sounded like she was going to be the VP on his ticket) was to praise Beck for
