Key sentence in the report:
“It also gave a glimpse into how frustrated the states Republicans are with Donald Trumps candidacy.”
Don’t be dancing yet, trumpers.
Trump is wearing mighty thin with the voters.

Cruz needs 87% of all remaining delegates to win the nomination., Yeah, thats going to happen.Cruz doesn't need 87% to win a plurality of delegates.

I’m confused about the internet voting. When do you vote, all day or just during the time of the caucus?

Did they conduct the poll at a Cruz rally?

I believe in 2012 The voters were scared to death of a Mormon President...
Why now is it OK to have Ted Cruz as president?
Does Congress work well with Muslims and Mormons??? seems to be what we are moving towards.

Trumps constant trashing of Ted is going to hurt turnout in the fall should Trump be the nominee.

Utah votes tribally.
By the time Romney AND Beck have told the tribe how to vote, it’s a foregone conclusion. I wish Utah well, and that they will grow a brain or two up there.

All Cruz is doing is blocking a more liberal, progressive, dishonest, flip-flopping, confused, unprepared, foul-mouthed, religiously ignorant, constitutionally ignorant, Democrat-donating candidate, which is fine by me.

Utah is primarily Mormon, and Romney is Mormon, right?
I don't think Cruz winning the Utah caucus will give him any momentum elsewhere.
Caucuses, as everyone knows, rely on collective groupthink, and are Ted Cruz's forté.
But, hey, any port in a storm...

Look at the map of the most Republican states in the union. They're proving to be mostly Cruz country in this election. Cruz is the candidate Republicans want who represents conservative values. Trump is the choice of liberal Republicans.

CanadianCruz (and NRSC executive) donated $250,000 at McConnell’s behest to NRSC...just before Mississippi ‘14.

Because... Mormons. Cruz needs 50% to take all 40 of Utah’s delegates. Otherwise, it’s proportional.
That’s all Trump is looking for. To keep Cruz < 50%. He knows he can’t win there. Mormons don’t like him very much.

Somebody posted a little story about an infiltrator at a Cruz rally which was designed to show that this infiltrator supposedly talked to a couple of Cruz supporters who were dumb.
So, I answered by posting a story about an actual named guy who went to a Trump rally to observe.
My point was that everyone has stories and this one was kinda interesting as I’d often wondered exactly what had the trumpers so enthralled at his rallies.
That was my point. Thanks for asking.

Right. And hardcore conservatives (of which I am one), comprise a good 20% of the electorate. Base has to be broader.
