WILDWOOD - A city man was charged this week with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Juan Nieves-Barrios, 26, a restaurant dishwasher was charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said Nieves-Barrios is an undocumented immigrant from Mexico.
Nieves-Barrio was lodged Tuesday at the Cape May County jail on $175,000 bail set by state Superior Court Judge John C. Porto.

Comments like this make me crazy as a business owner. #1 the crime had nothing to do with the business; #2 Businesses are not responsible for all of the illegal and stupid crap that their employees do;

Born and bred Americans commit sexual assaults everyday. Are their employers responsible for them too and should they be sued?
The borders are open, the government gives them a list of freebies including welfare and health care. I’m surprised the guy even bothered to work.
If 1/2 the population had to work to get food, shelter and clothing instead of sitting on their butts and making babies, there would be a lot less illegals. Let’s put the blame where it belongs: The government plantation.
All that being said, I get your point: crimes by illegals is a very emotional topic.
What I’ve seen, 2nd generation latinos, the kids of their immigrant parents who are citizens are quickly adopting the poor American work ethic. So don’t worry, soon they won’t look for work either.

What should also be noted is that these aren’t upper middle class girls who are being victimized, these are kids in poor families who are struggling as it is. The well-to-do GOPe and DEMe aren’t concerned because it doesn’t affect them. That infuriates me.
