Cruz did do one thing tonight, he gave the most classless concession speech I ever saw.
To: Anitius Severinus Boethius
Cruz is in it still to get the VP slot. If Trump is short, Cruz will offer to release his delegates and endorse Trump in exchange for the VP slot. There is no reason why Trump wouldnt do it. It gives him the nomination with 1,800+ delegates out of 2,472 and the establishment would be helpless to stop it and neither Trump nor Cruz would owe them a single favor.
Maybe, but only if Trump doesn't think he will get enough delegates on his own. Trump has a very good chance to reach the threshold without having to make any deal. Plus, the prospect of having to spend four years with Ted Cruz is probably viewed as a prospect worse than death itself.

Half a loaf is better than none, if I may be so cliche.
If Trump is being truthful, he’s offering you a lot more than half a loaf too; what he has for positions are things that we Conservatives have been screaming about for decades.
And if he’s not, we’re no worse off than before.

They make comments like, "Lay down with dogs, get up with fleas". Would be funny as hell for them to have to add Cruz in their own stupid saying!

Trump down to a 2489 lead.
To: tatown
Less than 2500 votes. Jackson still needs another 5% to report and so does Boone. Cruz can still win this :(
To: 11th_VA
Trump has already said his VP must be politically savoy (knows his way around congress) and would be a great President someday - thats his criteria.Sounds like Newt Gingrich or Jeff Sessions.

Trump with a 2450 vote lead.
To: Anitius Severinus Boethius
Releasing delegates doesn't mean they will vote for the person you want. It is a crap shoot.
Trump will get at least 1100 delegates. Probably closer to 1200 going forward. There will be 1050 delegates left to apportion after tonight. AZ is a winner take all state with 58 delegates on March 22. I see Trump taking AZ handily with Arpaio and Brewer endorsing him.
Trump has 619 delegates now with more to come from IL and MO. He will be close to 650 or 675 at the end of the night. NJ is a winner take all state with 51 delegates and NY has 95 delegates apportioned by votes. CA has 172 delegates with a winner take most. IMO Trump can amass the needed 1,237 before the convention.

No it was a very stupid move unless she sees an avenue of advancement through Ted or the establishment.

MO is soooo close. I'm getting nervous. Neither will go over 50% of the vote so the delegates will be split.
That really doesn't help Cruz nor does it really hinder Trump.
