Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says America will be glad if he's the president next time the nation is attacked.
"If we are attacked, somebody attacks us, wouldn't you rather have Trump as president if we're attacked?" he said at a rally in Milford, N.H. "We'll beat the shit out of them."
He added that America needs to stop "playing games."
"We've become the policemen to the entire world," he said. "We take care of the world. They pay us peanuts."

CNN did not report Carson was dropping out. That was an assumption made by the Cruz campaign. It’s that speculating then assumption that bit the Cruz campaign. Really dumb move.
Trump is a master marketer and entertainer reading his audience and giving them what they want to hear.
It has no bearing on reality.
Trumps list of bad business deals is long.
>>They arenât laughing at Cruz, however. They are scared to death.
You are correct. They are scared to death. I just read an article on PuffHo where the author cries out that a President Cruz scares him most of all because he would kill gays.
Nothing else about Cruz scared him. Just the thought that Cruz will kill gays.
Will President Cruz kill gays? Of course not. Once again, liberals have no fear of real threats,,but they are terrified of imagined ones.
So, the liberals are scared of Cruz—not the real Cruz, but the comic book super villain that they have created in their heads.
>>Which is he - a Mayberry pastor or Filthy McNasty?
A lot of pastors are both. It just depends on who is watching.
Oh yeah, Trump is a pure as the driven snow. His claim to fame is building casinos that have ruined the lives of thousands.
Wait. I’m so confused. I thought the plan for ISIS was for Russia to fight ISIS.
Your comment is somewhat counterproductive if in fact you believe what your tagline says.

The only president who started off with more executive experience than Trump was Ike. If somene adds Washington to that list, I would not dispute it, but that is how rare his expierence is. And he’s proven to be a top notch executive.

“We’ve become the policemen to the entire world,” he said. “We take care of the world. They pay us peanuts.”
Don’t think that Is going to work out well...
Do you think his language sets a good example for the young people of our country? How can parents teach their children not to use bad words when the leader of our country uses cuss words daily. Should we all just lower our standards for The Donald?
Someone once told me that Ship High In Transit originated in the Navy. Perhaps a more knowledgeable Freeper will correct me if that is not true.
No, Cruz didn't - Steve King did. I know you hate Cruz because he is challenging Trump, but at least get your facts straight. You could say "the Cruz Campaign", or "a Cruz supporter" and be relatively accurate. But you have to try to make it sound like this was a dastardly deed done by none other than Cruz himself.
Once she did that, word could've gotten to all of the Cruz campaign to stop that tactic - if they had wanted to.
And you have absolute knowledge that the Cruz representative at that particular caucus had the ability to instantly communicate with all other members of the Cruz team with that information?
Parents teach their children by setting an example in their own lives and explaining why they do what they do and why they don't do what they don't do.
The words I have heard Trump use are not bad per se; they are coarse and unrefined. They are not pornographic. Is there something innately good about the English word excrement rather than its coarser cousin ?
I assume Cruz is your choice. Do you know his policy on banning bad words in the military ? What is your preference ? Should the military provide a safe space from bad words when men, and some women, have their lives or limbs ripped away ?
I am starting to get sick of Trump’s whining. We just went 8 years with this and don’t want another 8 years.
Been there, done that, couldn’t keep my doctor.

“I know you hate Cruz because he is challenging Trump”
Why are Cruz supporters such drama queens!
I don’t hate Cruz. I am disappointed in Cruz and it has nothing to do with Trump. I switched to Trump because he was saying all the things I waited months for Cruz to say.
In the beginning I supported Cruz and defended him here from people blasting his legal status statements and H1B increases. I was sure he would come out and explain those any day, as well as have a plan better than Trump’s. I waited months. Cruz was silent for way too long, and I began to distrust him. A solid conservative on immigration wouldn’t be silent, and especially wouldn’t say “Americans don’t want to have that conversation.” That condescending statement was the last straw. I switched to one willing to have that conversation.
Cruz only came out against amnesty after he saw how popular Trump was because of his wall/deportation policy. If he’s that disingenuous on my #1 issue, I don’t trust him. And his dirty campaign has proven to me that I’m right - he’s just another politician.
Trying to figure out which is worse.
