I think the RNC has told Bush to hang in there, that something will turn up. So long as there are sufficient conservatives (counting even Rubio) in the race to prevent each other getting more than one or two outright majorities of state primaries, Bush has at least as good a shot as anyone else. If no one gets 8 majorities then it is all up to the backroom boys at the DNC.
