Even though some say Hillary Clinton would benefit if you were to be the GOP nominee, for the good of the country I want you to get out of the race. Your lies and vitriolic rhetoric are causing irreparable damage to the nation.

The pundits were melting down this morning on Morning Joe. They just can't get it through their noggins that we aren't buying their bull$hit anymore. From "Read My Lips..." to "If you like your doctor you can keep him", to the Benghazi video, to the GOPe's war on the TEA Party, etc.
Steve Schmidt actually surprised me this morning. When he said we're living in a post-fact world, I thought he was going to go full bore on Trump. Instead, he and Joe brought up the "hands up" protests after the death of Michael Brown last year.
Interesting that while Trump signed the "allegiance pledge", Republican consultants are publicly saying they'll never vote for Trump.

It would be somewhat logical if she was speaking from the perspective of Hillary’s dishonesty benefitting the nation, which is probably what she believes. But her opening paragraph sets the framework of honesty in general, not whether it is damaging or beneficial.
