Exactly. Former Governor Sarah Palin should respond in kind ... and say ... "Clinton, for the good of America, get out of the race!"

Although, it does beg the question if Granholm, who is an ardent Clinton supporter, is so comfortable that Clinton will win, then why ask Trump to drop out?
