Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin has concluded he no longer has a path to the Republican presidential nomination and plans to drop out of the 2016 campaign, according to three Republicans familiar with his decision, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
Mr. Walker called a news conference in Madison at 6 p.m. Eastern time.

I rode lots of Harley's in my other life. Last was a '41 90" Flathead side valve. If kicked over wrong it could break a leg.

I liked Walker, on his record in his state, and on his presentation when he announced.
The ‘front runner’ statement could have been left out today.
With that, he alienated a lot of people who have appreciated the fresh, unafraid approach - and the upset of the process - that Trump has brought.
Whether Walker realizes it or not, by his ‘front runner’ statement, he indirectly brushed off the major reason so many are pleased with Trump: the issue of illegal immigration.
