Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin has concluded he no longer has a path to the Republican presidential nomination and plans to drop out of the 2016 campaign, according to three Republicans familiar with his decision, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
Mr. Walker called a news conference in Madison at 6 p.m. Eastern time.

Took a shot at the personal attacks and said that some other people should drop out so that Trump can be beaten. So he basically took his shot at Trump there. He said others should drop out and focus on unifying to go up against the current leader.
Yea I felt sorry for Walker for about three minutes and then he starts attacking Trump again.
What he did in Wisconsin combined with the rising tide of anger at bloated over-reaching government. Trump might use him as a knife to cut gov worker fat. But if not, that’s ok. I’m not on pinning my personal happiness to this off-the-cuff idea. So in advance of your reply let me say: you win.
He didn't take a shot at Trump at all, I think that he was pointing to those with minimal poll ratings...

Question for you did Cruz have the same minutes everyone else had for the debate, seemed he spoke less. Maybe cause he wasn’t being attacked much and people had to have a chance to defend themselves when they were attacked, not sure. That was one thing I didn’t understand though, why we didn’t hear from Cruz more. Bulk of his time may have been used in the exchanges with Kasich.
