Fox News host Brian Kilmeade had pathetic and degrading words for Pope Francis while talking with Chris Wallace. Kilmeade said that he thinks the Pope should just stay out of America if he is going to criticize the GOPs obsession with capitalism and climate change denial.
Transcript:
Kilmeade: Yeah, Im Catholic and he could stay home. Some of his comments just have no place. Hes in the wrong country. But I tell you what
Wallace: What? Hes in the wrong country? What does that mean?
Kilmeade: He doesnt like capitalism. He blames us and money for whats going on in the Middle East. He says that global warming weve got to do more to have global warming were doing more than anybody else. Get on China, show some courage. Hes never visited our country before, now he gets around to it and hes critical going in? Ive had enough, you know take on, take on Islam, then talk to me.

Kilmeade: Tired of the pope.
Neither capitalism nor socialism can save the soul. But socialism grants way more opportunity for sin than does capitalism. With capitalism the sin of greed has its checks and balances with competition and the rule of law in a republic. With socialism where is the check on the corruption of centralized power? What about the sins of envy, coveting, theft?
The Pope is entitled to his foolish political opinions. I wonder why he is not more focused on people’s eternal future. Rich or poor in the truths of Scripture should interest him more. As for global warming, again, he ignores scripture. God has made promises and we know how things end.
Not a Catholic. Not anxious to dump on the Pope.
I don’t think this Pope quite ‘gets it’.
He’s way off base with his comments, and it isn’t helpful.
This position can be used for incredible good. I don’t think this Pope has come anywhere near reaching the full potential of his position, and that’s putting it as nicely as I can.
I don’t wish anything bad to this Pope, but there needs to be a change.
Kilmeade was right on target. And more and more people are saying it. George Will had a great column last week, and so did Jonathan Last.
They may not be saying it in the most courteous way possible, but that’s because the Pope himself is not courteous: he’s actually harsh and crude but at the same time sanctimonious in the things that he says about those with whom he disagrees.
He’s also a profoundly ignorant man, and proud of it. Like certain political candidates now, he boasts about his ignorance and just stokes his populist image with his inaccurate and foolish generalities.
As a practicing Roman Catholic I feel I need to remind everyone that this institution has had all kinds of bad popes and when they forget the admonition My Kingdom Is Not Of This World” .This church gets into all sorts of trouble. But survives.
These meandering homilys of This pope on temporal matters diffuse any theologic message Pope Francis offers. Snowballs should be thrown at those pointy hat supporters of his. As well as opposition clearly expressed to those meanderings on any visit Francis may make here.
Ah, Brian—yer a lad after me own heart...so brave...so true.
"Shooting his mouth off", indeed.
He's RIGHT on this one, baby....give him credit where credit is due. There's only been one perfect man in history! We can use all the help we can get.
I'm sending Kilmeade an email congratulating him in strong terms....he may need all the back-up he can get when Murdoch's two lefty sons who now run Fox's day-to-day operations invite him into the carpeted office on a Friday afternoon.

No ... Jesus never promoted religion or A religion or ANY religion
Well, I’m 80 years a Catholic and I say to this Commie Pope: GO HOME. We don’t need you or your stupid commie global warming clap-trap!
I’m Catholic too and this Pope is off the Rez. What can you expect? He’s from S America. He’s a Marxist and global warming bot. I try to remain neutral about the Pope but I can’t really fault Brian Kilmeade on this. I pretty much feel the same way.
God bless you, our FRiend

Thanks, buddy! You, too.
Pope Marxist has no business lecture us on capitalism. After not lecturing Castro on political prisoners he has no moral authority.
Killmeade also got on Bret Baier and his pundits hammering Trump.
Pray America is waking
If he really cared about the poor, he would praise the capitalist economic system, because in the context of a free society, it produces the most supply of goods. Increased supply leads to lower prices which makes them more affordable for the poor.
Double Down.

Double "Donald" Down! There, fixed it! ;)
Chris Wallace choked on his own spittle I suppose. Good for Kilmeade.
But isn’t the Catholic Church the General Electric of Religion?
