Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump leads Democrat Hillary Clinton head-to-head, according to a new poll released Friday.
The poll by SurveyUSA finds that matched up directly, Trump garners 45 percent to Clinton’s 40 percent.
In other head-to-head matchups, Trump beats out Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) by 44 percent to 40 percent; Vice President Joe Biden by 44 percent to 42 percent; and former Vice President Al Gore by 44 percent to 41 percent.
The poll also found that 30 percent of respondents believe Trump will eventually be the Republican nominee, leading the field.
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush came in second, with 20 percent saying they expect him to win the nomination. Following Bush in order were retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.).
The poll surveyed 1,000 adults across the nation Sept. 2-3, and it had a margin of error of 3.3 percent.

Trump is not getting that high of a minority vote. Don’t buy this poll.

Hillary’s badly wounded, but it sounds like she has the nomination locked up with super delegates.
Sanders is a socialist, I wouldn’t think it would be too hard to attack his socialism and beat him. At least I hope America hasn’t become that stupid.

The numbers have been trending in this direction for awhile now. Whether true or not it might very well be in a couple of weeks.

The Cookie Monster could take down Bernie The Commie...Al Gore..or any of the exemplary patriots the democrat party might care to “offer” as a POTUS candidate.
People criticize him for doing so many phone interviews, but he can’t leave his residence without being mobbed. He’s much safer at Trump Tower, where I heard that in order to even see him, people get patted down by security from about 15 different people.
I believe he will do well among blacks. Some because they want prosperity...some because they admire how he lives...Trump could do rap videos.
Actually, undecideds go about 2-1 for he party out of power. So Trump-Clinton will be about 55-45. More than Bush-41 in 88 less than Reagan in 84
