Madonna has detailed how she was raped not long after she moved to New York City at the age of 19, in a revealing account of her life to date.
In an article for Harper's Bazaar magazine, the singer said she was forced on to the roof of a building at knifepoint and attacked. The first-person account, which accompanied a fashion shoot, spans Madonna's life from growing up in the US midwest and moving away from home, to her marriages and children.
"New York wasn't everything I thought it would be. It did not welcome me with open arms. The first year, I was held up at gunpoint. Raped on the roof of a building I was dragged up to with a knife in my back, and had my apartment broken into three times. I don't know why; I had nothing of value after they took my radio the first time," she wrote.

I thought being raped or mugged was New York’s way of saying “welcome”.

Only way anyone could rape Madonna would have to be faster at pulling off their pants.
It might explain some of her behaviour.

No. But it's clear that you have the intellectual depth of a flea.
No girl ever deserves rape, but some girls are more likely to be raped and should recognize their role in the fact that it happened.
The slut that wears short-shorts into the bar in the rough part of town is far more likely to be raped than the nice girl who actually does knit, read the Bible, and stay home at night. If the slut is raped the perp needs to go to jail but if her father, or some other man, doesn't chew her butt out for acting stupidly, then she is hopeless indeed.
I've raised two daughters and I've told them since age 14 that they are responsible for making good decisions about men for the rest of their lives. Because bad decisions are more likely to lead to bad relationships, bad marriages, and -- yes -- rape. They don't deserve it, and the crime isn't less heinous. But their personal decisions did play a role.
And if you can't understand the nuance in the above, then I will politely refer you back to reading feminist blogs at the UC Berkeley website, writing adoring letters to Gloria Steinem, and watching TIVO'd reruns of Melissa Harris Perry on MSNBC.

The fellow must subscribe to the feminist notion of abuse, that anything a girl considers abusive is sexual abuse -- e.g., an unwanted kiss or a teenage boy that tries to slide his hand under her blouse.
That's not abuse -- that's learning about the world of men.

You are probably right about that definition. I have seen ridiculous numbers quoted by the man-haters — something like 1/3 of all females have been sexually assaulted. And, yes, it includes being called a name. With the current nonsense about the word “bossy”, I suppose they will include that as an assault.
As to your examples, when I was a teenaged girl, we called that getting fresh. Your first example would have been excused, whereas the second would mean no second date with that guy.
