Administrators at a public college are claiming that state law allows them to permit biological males who self-identify as females into women’s locker rooms and restrooms on campus.
Officials at Evergreen State College in Washington State stood by the claim in an interview with Campus Reform on Friday despite multiple complaints from females who apparently complained about the presence of men in women’s facilities.
“We have to follow a non-discrimination policy with the state,” college spokesperson Jason Wettstein told Campus Reform on Friday.
“State law doesn’t allow us to ignore gender identity as one of the protected classes,” he added.

KOCHANSKI Well, what happened, did you lose it?
KRYTEN I was never issued with one, ma’am. Well, why would I need one, unless somehow I lost both arms and there was an emergency situation to write my name in the snow.
KOCHANSKI So, you mean, you’ve never had a steak, pie, peas and chips set?
KRYTEN I think the phrase is “meat and two veg”, ma’am. No, the only mechanoids that were ever issued with genitals were the ones created to work on Italian starships. It was felt they could acclimatise themselves better if they could mimic their Italian crewmates and stand around cupping themselves all day.

I ran across this on FB yesterday, and honestly I’m LIVID. This man exposed himself to CHILDREN as young as SIX YEARS OLD!!! What he did is CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT! A 45-year-old exposing male genitalia to underage female children is one of the textbook definitions of Child Sexual Abuse! And, the DA says he isn’t going to prosecute because the law is “very vague” in this area??? Excuse me WHAT? It’s a REGISTERABLE sex offense in EVERY OTHER SITUATION. Just because one THINKS, believes, or “feels” like a woman doesn’t mean you ARE ONE!
These people are INSANE - and frankly, I don’t know many LGBT people who would agree that this is OK either. If they do they need serious help - and that’s not an opinion that’s a fact... ask any psychologist, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional (except maybe those at this college or at Berkeley obviously).
Sorry to rant... Words can’t adequately express how much this revolts me. As a survivor myself, I’m HORRIFIED by the implications of this. How could one tell the difference between a pedophile and someone claiming to be transgender? Should we make transgender people have special id cards - as if that would make it OK anyway???
ARRGH! This is not a matter of tolerance, it’s a matter of protection of the innocent. And, it’s NOT a matter of discrimination to prevent someone from committing a crime! And, the audacity of this man to even suggest that his “right” to expose himself to underage females in some way compares to the Civil Rights struggles of blacks absolutely astounds me. This guy either belongs in jail, or in an asylum - take your pick. He does NOT however deserve to be out walking the streets, and especially not in a girls’ locker room NAKED, sprawled out for everyone to see!

It really is quite disturbing, so if you’re sensitive, or a survivor like me - take this as a “trigger warning” and don’t read the comments at the link, and if you can get past the fact that they are defending a child abuser it’s actually rather amusing in a way - just the fact that someone could spout the stuff Mr/Ms Bagel does is whacked out, that they are apparently from Berkeley is not surprising. The comments back to this person are sometimes equally amusing...

Hey there — check out the post I put up at #27 and the FOX News link. This is way worse than the excerpt above would have one believe. This locker room is shared by CHILDREN on a swim team as young as 6-years-old, and High School females from the local school. I’m trying not to rant again, as I already did that on this thread...
I’d say this is rantworthy. Besides, as long as you’re ranting, you haven’t become numb.
