A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.
The letter from Larry Klayman explains that’s because those officials simply cannot know Obama’s eligibility for sure, and the law doesn’t allow them to make assumptions.
In his letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, Klayman explained that the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obama’s eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obama’s 2012 candidacy may be problematic.
“There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible...

Onaka is the state registrar for Hawaii. He’s the one who is legally bound to tell the truth. Bennett asked him to verify that Barack Hussein Obama, II, male, was born on Aug 4, 1961 in Honolulu on the island of Oahu to mother Stanley Ann Dunham and father Barack Hussein Obama. The law requires him to verify everything that he can certify as being the way the birth really happened. And he would not verify any of those things.
He was also asked point-blank to verify that the BC on the White House website was a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file” - and would not verify that either, even though he, again, was required to verify whatever he was asked to verify, as long as he can certify it as the truth.
So by what he DIDN’T say he confirmed that the White House BC is NOT a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file” and that those birth facts for Obama cannot be certified as true.
He did verify that certain things are CLAIMED on the birth certificate they have. The claims that are on the White House BC match the claims on the record - but none of it can be certified as true because the record they have is the legal equivalent of toilet paper.
People have been distracted by what Onaka DID say (that these particular claims are on the document they have) and nobody bothered to report what he is required by law to say and WOULD NOT SAY.

This changes everything, because the legal presumption of regularity is that Onaka’s actions were done as prescribed and complied with the law. If a court at some point gave full faith and credit to Onaka’s verification, then Obama’s fate should be sealed, because Onaka’s verification never said that Obama actually WAS born in Hawaii - only that the record “indicates” he was born in HI (IOW, just stating again that this is the claim that is on the record). But what Onaka confirmed by what he failed to say is that the record which claims a Hawaii birth is not legally valid. Onaka CANNOT verify that Obama was born in Hawaii.
And both the statements made by former HDOH Director Chiyome Fukino likewise only said what the record CLAIMS; never did she say in those announcements that Obama actually WAS born in Hawaii. She could only say that if the record was legally valid, and she was very careful NOT to say that - although she let the whole world mistakenly think that she had said it.
Now Onaka has come out with the truth, in a legal document.

When it comes down to putting oneself in jepardy, they think twice. Is EVERY official that is required to sign these in every state going to do it with this heads up? It wouldn't take but a couple states or so keeping him off the ballet -

Has anyone else heard anything about a big BIRTHER conference coming up in Phoenix? It’s toward the end of September, with Sheriff Arpaio, the Cold Case Posse, and some other big names, and is supposed to have some conclusive evidence that has recently been acquired in Hawaii. I saw the initial announcement about a week ago on some blog, like Looking Spoon, or one of them. I remember it mentioned a big theater in Phoenix as the venue, and they were selling tickets online. Anybody hear about it?

Since the letters to the various Secretaries of State from the dims certifying presidential and vice presidential candidates are a matter of public record...it will be interesting if there are two versions with the same typo (like prior to 2008 elections)
I saw an announcement swomewhere on a blog within the last 10 days that there is a big BIRTHER conference in a big theater or other venue in Phoenix toward the end of September, including Joe Arpaio, The Cold Case Posse, et al. But I do not recall where I saw it.
Evidence points to the house in Chicago being owned by the Madely Payne Dunham trust. More then likely this property with also be handled by a second party too,
