'For any party official to do so would be to perjure him or herself'
A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obamas eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.
The letter from Larry Klayman explains thats because those officials simply cannot know Obamas eligibility for sure, and the law doesnt allow them to make assumptions.
In his letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, Klayman explained that the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obamas eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obamas 2012 candidacy may be problematic.
There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible...

Sorry, the elites on both sides of the aisle no longer honor the oath to uphold OUR Constitution, as shown by their enabling of the faux pResident affirmative action commie bastard ruling over them.
Alice Travis Germond signed that OCON on Sept 5th; her representative signed for her copy of Klayman’s letter on Sept 4th.
The kicker of this is that if Obama gave them any document that had a legitimate HDOH raised seal on it, it would have had markings indicating that it was not legally valid. Even without receiving Klayman’s letter they would know that Obama could not be certified as eligible if they had seen any documentation that he tried to present to them. If they certified him without seeing any documentation then they likewise swore to something they have no way of knowing, which also constitutes perjury. You cannot lawfully swear to something you do not actually KNOW.
They have absolutely no excuse. None. They are BUSTED.
Now we need to bust our butts to make sure we scream to the world - and specifically to the state AG’s, starting with the NY AG - that these people have committed what they knew to be crimes.
And let the state SOS’s know that they are next on our calling, emailing, and social networking lists if they allow Obama on their ballot as the result of a KNOWN perjurious filing.
I’m thinking they’ll ignore this until it looks like Obama will lose for certain. Then they’ll make it a big issue and blame it on Republicans for not allowing him on the ballot.
Congrats on your efforts, Butter DZ!
I’m with you. I think they are just hoping this will pass quietly into the night and they can deal with the language under the radar. Because with all the illegal immigration activity of the past 20 years, this WILL come up again.
The hard work now falls to everybody else. I’m one voice; I can’t overwhelm the AG and SOS offices. But you guys can. It’s time to activate the troops. I’ve tried my best to give you the documentation you need so that you can hold these people’s feet to the fire. Now it’s up to everybody else to storm the phone lines, web forms, mailboxes, Tweets, Facebook, etc and demand a stop to the open crimes being committed.
I’ll post it on my blog also, but I’m going to C&P here the list of contact info for all the state AG’s. The list of contact info for the state SOS’s is a PDF and I don’t know how to post that here so I’ll post it to my blog and maybe somebody can post it here for all to see as well.
Here’s the contact list for state AG’s. I hope the formatting transfers:

What organization will issue an indictment?
If any state keeps him off the ballot it will force the media to ask why. And at that point the legal documents become public dialog. The Soros/Obama people desperately want to keep that from happening.
If we get one SOS to keep him off the ballot, Obama will be revealed for the total fraud he is - and the lawlessness of all the other 49 states as well as the DNC will be in full view of everyone.
That is what I call “checks and balances”, and it is the only hope we have of ever getting the government to be accountable to us or the rule of law. This is precisely where the rubber hits the road.
Let’s roll.
Here’s a link to the PDF of contact info for the State Secretaries of State:
http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/secretaries-of-state-nass-roster-2012.pdf
Maybe some of the techno-studs here could get it to appear in a post here so people don’t have to go over to my blog to see it.
At this point, my hope is that all y’all will take this and run with it. I am exhausted and can’t say the toll the past month has taken on me. But I can say that though I am falling onto the ground in exhaustion it is NOT before first handing off the baton to the next leg. I’ve taken this as far as I can. Now you take it and run as if your kids’ future depends on it, because it does. This isn’t just about the 2012 election. It is about the rule of law, and whether the system can rape us in full view of everyone and all we can do is watch and sorta resent it a little bit. This is a battle for the very rule of law.
My prayers go with you. Please, everyone, do what you can.
I don’t know how that all works. I really have no expertise in anything; research is the only thing I really know how to do. Can somebody ping the legal eagles and brainstorm what needs to happen next?
The first step is to contact one or all of the offices of the Secretary of State for each state, and request a copy of the “certificate of nomination” submitted by officials of the Democratic Party on behalf of Obama for the Fall 2012 election.
The controversy over the prior 2008 letter is summarized here:
http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2010/09/09/certificate-of-nomination-summary/
BZ:
Sorry for letting my “birfer tears” show but I’m afraid the judicial system has failed us.
An exception to contacting the offices of each of the 50
Secretaries of State, is New York State as their letter has been acquired and posted at the address below
(see above)
any use in us all contacting Kip Wainscott, Counsel at Obama for America
to let him know that the info is out there???
start at # 293
for updates and call to action! PING!
If there is to be a formal legal objection, it either has to be initiated by a government agency subject to political motivations (like a state Attorney General who is either elected or appointed by a governor) or it requires a civil lawsuit by a party who has “standing” (which can mean a voter where state statutes permit a challenge, or by a rival candidate on the same ballot).
Or, put another way, We had to destroy the Constitution to save the Constitution.
Do we demand from the AGs an investigation about the reports of substantiated subornation of perjury and election fraud committed by Bob Bauer and perjury and election fraud committed by Alice Travis Germond and Antonio Villaigarosa, in that the named above have not verified that the Democratic nominee is a natural born citizen, or even that he is an Citizen of the United States, or even that he is of age??
I’m sure my AG, Kamala Harris, will git right on it.
How about some help from the other 56 states, guys?
