A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.
The letter from Larry Klayman explains that’s because those officials simply cannot know Obama’s eligibility for sure, and the law doesn’t allow them to make assumptions.
In his letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, Klayman explained that the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obama’s eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obama’s 2012 candidacy may be problematic.
“There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible...

Everyone is biding their time. When Obama finally has no power you will see the system quietly go into hyper-drive to keep this from happening again. The law will be strengthened to make clear what “natural born citizen” means. They won't pursue the original meaning, they will dilute it so it fits retroactively as well as being clear for future candidates. Being born in the U.S. will be sufficient, both parents will not need to be U.S. citizens at the time of birth. Weakening it is not good, but it's much better than the existing ambiguity that risks a constitutional crisis.

I read that the Obamas are not the buying party(s). The lady behind this is named Prichkan(?) who is a billionaire heiress to the Hyatt hotel chain among other assets. Perhaps there are some people knowing this wouldn’t want their money being spent to buy Obama a $35,000,000.00 estate in beautiful but crooked Hawaii.

Not surprising because the “Bath-House Barrys” don’t seem to be the owners of “their” home in Chicago——seems that house-5046 Greenwood Ave., is owned jointly by Jayne Stuart-Circuit Court judge in Cook County AND Barry’s accountant, Larry Weinberg.
That house has 6 or 7 PIN numbers when it should only have 1, which seems to suggest Real Estate Fraud. (big surprise)
Of course, for the record, this is just “rumor”.

Are you suggesting that there is some US law that requires Obama to submit any more then he has submitted to US Courts or US Secretaries of State?
If that is what you are suggesting then I am afraid that you are sadly mistaken my friend.
In fact, thanks to Orly Taitz, request for sanctions against the DNC the letter submitted to Arizona by the Hawaii SOS attesting that Obama was born in Hawaii has been given an exception to the hearsay rule and is now part of the Federal Court record and has been given full faith and credit by the Federal court system.
Klayman is pulling your chain my friend, he has no viable case.
You the people should just reconcile yourselves to the fact that Obama will be declared the Democratic Nominee, hence, after the declaration your almost non existent chance of keeping him out of the race will then become legally impossible for reasons too numerous to list in this comment. end comment
Onaka never verified that Obama was born in Hawaii. He was asked on a verification application to verify that Obama was born in Honolulu on the island of Oahu and he did not verify either of those items - even though the law required him to do so if he could certify that the birth really happened that way.
He verified that they have a (legally non-valid) birth record that CLAIMS (indicates) that Obama was born in Hawaii, but that’s a totally different thing.
MDEC should get their a$$es handed to them, legally speaking - because they knew darned good and well that Onaka had not verified any actual facts. If they thought Onaka had truly verified Obama’s birth facts as true, they would have submitted a standard application and expected Onaka to verify those facts. They didn’t do that, though - because they knew Onaka COULDN’T verify any birth facts.
And it was the MDEC filing in that Orly Taitz lawsuit that made me realize that I had it right. Even Obama’s supporting lawyers understood what Onaka had really done in that verification.

I would never say anything to anybody until it’s time for the police to show up and arrest somebody. A silent raid at the person’s home .. probably would be more appropriate.

How about if we require people to show their birth certificate before running for office. They have to show a lot of other stuff .. tax records, financial records, etc., as well as proving they have no criminal records.
