If there is to be a formal legal objection, it either has to be initiated by a government agency subject to political motivations (like a state Attorney General who is either elected or appointed by a governor) or it requires a civil lawsuit by a party who has “standing” (which can mean a voter where state statutes permit a challenge, or by a rival candidate on the same ballot).

Thanks bitt. As some have stated. We yet to hear from what Donald Trump has in store to be announced in October. Perhaps it is dove tailed in with what we are reading here.
