This result is a rebuke to Barack Obama, but it is a rebuke as wella stinging one, perhaps more stingingto Senator Charles Schumer. He represented much of this district for 18 years and the now disgraced Anthony Weiner was his staffer and pretty obviously Schumers chosen successor as congressman when he ran successfully for the Senate in 1998. In addition, Schumer has made it his special project to win back white middle class voters in places like metro New York for the Democratic party. In January 2007, just in time for the new Democratic majority in Congress, he published a book, Positively American: Winning Back the Middle-Class Majority One Family at a Time. It is a thoughtful essay on how Democrats can win the votes of the kind of voter Schumer himself has won over in his career as a congressman and senator, with specific policy recommendations as well as public relations advice. As one of the three Democratic leaders of the Democratic majority in the Senateand by common consent the one who outshines in intellect the other two put togetherSchumer has played an important role in fashioning Democratic policies, including but not limited to the 2009 stimulus package and Obamacare.

“his point about Schumer is right on - he, perhaps more than any other Democrat, is responsible for the vitriol and outright lies coming from the Democrats since Bush was elected. It’s nice to see Chuckie take a sharp slap across the face.”
—Right on.
But if that happens, then there’s no convention speech on a stage with fake Greek columns for Obama next year.
I was really wondering if Obama will move his acceptance speech next year from the convention center to the football stadium in Charlotte, as he did at his convention in Denver in ‘08.
“It takes a Carter to make a Reagan.”
Unfortunately, I don’t see a Reagan anywhere on the horizon. True, any of the Republican candidates would be a vast improvement over FUBO, but none of them are Reaganesque, except perhaps Sarah Palin ( who is in the process of destroying any hope of being the nominee).
Is Turner a member of the Tea Party? know the dems ran ads affiliating him with the evil Tea Party...lol..it backfired
I agree 100%. But Obama is too full of himself and has too big of an ego to step down. I think you’d see Biden being replaced far before you’d see Obama refusing to run again. And remember those people back in 2008 saying we should get rid of presidential term limits so this guy could serve 3-8 terms? hahaha
My favorite photo of Schumer:
These fakers need to be tracked and voted out.
DNC will make him an offer he can't refuse. The only persons objecting to the plan will be M'Antoinette and her mother, having to give up all that taxpayer bling.
So...could one then say that Schmuckie Schumer had his Weiner yanked????
I’m just sayin’...
This is great news...we won the Nevada seat too, I believe?
It just hit me.
Now the dim party elders will allow Hillary to use that hollow ring of hers on her sworn enemy. Hill gets to run for Prez and Obama gets a bunch of elementary schools named after him.
That guy is gonna need a squad of Food Tasters.
I’m only half joking. Vince Foster and a string of others found that you cannot cross Hillary and get away with it.

"Clinton sounded like he had no enthusiasm. He sounded like he was..........a hostage."
Schwing! :-)
Or...In the words of the Immortal Long Duc Dong, from “16 Candles”...
“Nooooo more yanky my cranky!!!”
Then tell him to come on over and get on the team for the big win!
i just wanna give a big shout-out to all the new york hating freepers who think The City is nothing but leftists and faggots. For every one of those, there’s a hundred sane people, too busy living their lives and making this a great city to bother to email you about their existence.
But there is a first for everything.
