There is NO issue with the safety paper. Once a document image is inside a computer, it can be printed out on any kind of paper. The Booth BC, released during the past several weeks, is printed on similar paper.

The pdf format has limited resolution. The fact things go away when you zoom in too far is not surprising, nor evidence of anything amiss.
So the word “African” vs. “Negro” the word used back in 1961 does not strike you as odd? That does not send a RED FLAG to you?
Furthermore calling his mom “Caucasian” vs. “White” another common word use in 1961.
The terms African/Caucasian did not come into regular speak until the 1990s when everyone is trying to be “Politically Correct”.

Absolute subterfuge going on. This is not a scan of a document. It is a doctored image. You do not have this kind of clipping masks and layers from a scan. A scan is just a single flat image. This document shows digital manipulation. There is absolutely no good reason for the document to be like this.
My BC from Ohio and my DH’s from MI both say white.
The question is, does anyone in HI have a BC that says “Caucasian”?
I heard somewhere that race was provided by the family. We would need to see another black person’s BC from Hawaii around the same time. I am just afraid that if some continue to dispute that this is real, fewer will take it seriously. If Trump did find something, as he intimated, let him show it now. I think he was bluffing but it sure seems like it worked. If someone else comes up with proof that this is a forgery and it can be proved - great, but I doubt it. Seems real to me and I am ready to see Trump make him release his college and other records.

How many people need a forensic investigator to legitimate their birth certificate? It appears to be real. Everyone in Hawaii who has anything to do with birth certificates has said he was born in Hawaii. I accept he was born there. However, why is no one saying anything about his father not being an American and therefore Obama not being a natural-born citizen? That has always been the real issue. Why is the media and more importantly, the Republicans ignoring the issue?

I mean WTF. The reconstructed certificate number is on the White House form. Guess they just followed the instructions to fake the form.
How stupid do they think Americans are? Did they learn nothing from what we did to Dan Rather.

I just read that the Hospital Kapiolani (where Obama supposed was born) was named at that time in 1961: KAUIKEOLANI CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL....

Although, I recall another embedded PDF here on FR of the 1961 HRS that had the same information (”negro” was all that was allowed).
I’ve also opened the PDF in Illustrator and there are some bizarre things here. I won’t conclusively say this is a forgery as I don’t know the particular scanning software used. Is it possible that scanning software can break parts of the image into different postscript elements?
