Actually, he won the seat in 2008 when Tom Reynolds retired. For a time in 2009-2010, he was actually one of only two Republicans in the NY House delegation, after Bill Owens took NY-23.

This is supposed to be one of NY’s more Republican districts, but Democrat Jack Davis held Reynolds to close margins in 04 and 06, although the latter had more to do with the Foley scandal. We should hold this provided the NY Republicans don’t screw this up as they did in NY-23.

If you were using a hosts file you’d know, unless you share the computer. Basically, it blocks a lot of advertising sites.

I was getting the twitter updates back during the election and added the host file software since- so that’s why I suspected it.
But I turned it off and still don’t see the updates!
