Top Photo: Shanghai in 1990.
Bottom Photo: Shanghai in 2010.
Just an interesting photo of where American wealth has gone to fund the huge building boom in China. Shanghai is the most populous city in China.

Just think, one mushroom cloud and it’s all gone in a hail of dust. Simply evaporated, humans are so vain and stupid sometimes. Especially when their leaders in Beijing will attempt their move at world domination and they won’t have Obambi to cover for them.

Every time I travel to Shenzhen or Guongzhou, I’m amazed at the number of high-rise building cranes I see. On one trip, I counted 34 in Shenzhen alone.

I remember seeing similar pictures of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. They were equally impressive. The effect of economic policy (among other obvious factors) is breathtaking indeed.

Compare that to Detroit in 1990 and 2010.
Wish I had some pictures but I think we already have an idea what it would look like.

Stunning! fyi—The two buildings on the far left and the clock tower in the 1990 photo are also visible in the 2010 photo.
