Just remarket the old light bulbs and personal heating devices. And put a warning on them that says DO NOT USE AS A LIGHT SOURCE.
That should help you get around the laws :-)

Will neighbors be reporting each other if they spot a regular old lightbulb at someone’s home?

The Left is salivating at the idea of arresting those who attempt to purchase regular bulbs.

CFC bulbs don’t work with dimmers and many photo sensors. I suppose there will be no need to sell those either.

Californians with self-imposed rationing, running out of both energy and common sense, have declared that consuming electrical power is a social vice.Love it! The slippery-sloped, nanny-statist buzz-phrase moving onto other categories.
When will the masses wake up?
Nanny is long overdue to 'jump the shark'

I just picked up 14 halogen 60 watt (lower power), 1280 Lumen (extremely bright), P38 (for can-lighting downward flood lights), 4,000 hour bulbs for $10 each.
They will pay for themselves with reduced energy usage within about a year compared to the 100 Watters they replaced. The 100 watters were not bright enough to read by. Now, my front room is bright and cheap (over time.)
Just say “No” to the ALGore bulbs. They suck. They take too long to warm up, they buzz, and they cast a horrid color.
I love halogen!

Who uses 100W bulbs anyway? They are too hot, and burn out frequently. I use mostly 60W bulbs, and where I can get away with it 40W bulbs. I think the ban on 100W bulbs may be inconsequential; unless it is a pathway towards targeting their dear 60W relative.
First they came for my 100W, and I said nothing.

GE makes these great full spectrum incandescent light bulbs called “Reveal”. I will be stocking up on them and the regular incandescent bulbs
I cannot and will not read under fluorescent light. Though I have no problem with the normal 48” fluorescents in my kitchen and garage.
