Not my neighbors - (we're out in the williwacks anyway) - but maybe the bulb-police on patrol.

I have heavy drapes for winter - but may make blackout drapes for year round.

I can't see with that sickly yellow light - so I'm building a stockpile - along with tens of thousands - of contraband bulbs.

They are also getting really - fair warning - to demand the new bulbs be made NOT TO FIT standard lamps - and new lamps will be put on the market. So make sure you have enough lamps to last for years.
