Last week I spoke with an observer that is with the Miller campaign and after scouring the voter rolls, the observer found over 5000 votes that have not been verified according to Alaska election laws and the ballots cast were not questioned ballots.
In Alaska, the secret ballot and the laws that pertain to how a ballot can be cast with the weak oversight that has been displayed by the Alaska Division of Elections, can lead to voter fraud.
Plain and simple.
The problem with the over 5000 votes cast that were not verified is, there was no indication on who voted and for who.

“I may not have been clear....If 27% voted for the dim, that leaves 73% that did not. If the votes are close to evenly split, that means that 36.5% voted for each. 36.5 plus 27 equals 63.5% that did not vote for miller. A very clear majority of the voters did not want miller.”
That’s not quite getting at the nub of it here, imho Joe. If murky hadn’t lied, and had dropped out of the race after she lost in the primary, as she said she would, then a ‘very clear majority of the voters’ would have voted FOR Miller. As it was, murky lied, and there was a 3 way race - almost like a modified primary - with the RAT dragging down the percentages. The primary was similarly close, btw.
I do think, BTW, that AK is not as conservative as some may think - probably not as conservative as say Idaho, or Utah...clearly proves the point that an R after someone’s name does not necessarily equate to true conservative.
Thanks for the ping on this shield. Wow, this is something! It gets more interesting all the time.
The threads on Miller are showing less interest by FReepers=fewer comments...I am in a wait and see mode in what will happen with his court case.
Just caught this thread - does it seem to you that Miller has a chance here?
I sure hope so.
(Hope you’re doing well, too!)
Murky Backing DADT Repeal ...what a complete RINO...
I just haven’t seen any stories lately. I’m keenly interested in getting that RINO/Independent hag out of Congress.
I have a FReeper that sends me a link to a Miller thread if she sees one.
Hmm? I’ve been following it all along. The question is the scope of the voter fraud, not whether it exists.
>> why didnt he secure a majority of votes in Alaska.
The low numbers for the Democrat candidate explain that.
I think Miller will win.
He can win IF the election laws are followed and not “adjusted” according to the whims of the write-in candidate.
But most importantly is that Miller is what WE need, his voice here in Alaska, and for the rest of the nation. All he is and what he stands firm about is exactly what has been missing in Washington DC.
Should Murkowski manage to get her political “pony” it will only be a continuation of what we have been living under, the politics of the past, the big corporations and federal pork, the directions of her votes have been pro-Obamacare, pro Dream Act and basically anything more democratic and arguably socialistic in its definitions.
On another thread it is posted that the Dream Act passed, and Lisa Murkowski voted FOR it.
So these are 5000 “found” ballots?
I think that this particular story is about how there are approximately 5,000 ballots cast and no one knows where they came from and who the votes were for, i.e. more ballots than legal votes cast. Whether through sloppy registration at the precincts or ballot box stuffing, no one knows, probably the latter because Miller has an affidavit from a man who says that he was 10th in line as soon as the polls opened and when he went to deposit his ballot, there were “hundreds” of ballots in the box.
Looks like Murkowski got some advice from Chicago on how to properly steal an election.

I think some may have thought she has experience and seniority, why not vote for her? Also, the (minor, IMO) “scandals” that came out late in the campaign did not help him.
Don’t buy into that bs...
Thank you - I was SICK that all those people in MN like the governor and the guy who was running against him (can’t remember the R’s name) just kowtowed to Franken who is a nauseating excuse for a human being.
Cheers!
More and more, in every area of life, whether the rule of law will prevail is the big unanswered “if”. The judges can pretty much do what they want, it seems, which makes the whole democratic process moot. Why did the legislators who wrote and passed the election laws in Alaska even bother to show up to work and get that law passed, if we all have to twiddle our thumbs wondering if it’ll ever be followed anyway?
That’s what the folks like Begich don’t understand. We’re talking about whether we are a country ruled by law, or ruled by men. That’s not trivial; that is the very foundation of civilization.
