Wolanyk said he knew what was coming and took off his pants and shirt, leaving him in Calvin Klein bike undergarments.
It was obvious that my underwear left nothing to the imagination, he explained. But that wasnt enough for the TSA supervisor who was called to the scene and asked me to put my clothes on so I could be properly patted down.
...
The incident was confirmed by Harbor Police Sergeant Rakos who said Wolanyk was arrested on two misdemeanors, failing to complete the security process; violation code 7.01 and illegally recording the San Diego Airport Authority (they confiscated his iPhone); violation number 714 (2).

NAZIS.
If they still wanted to pay him down after seeing him in underwear, that absolutely raises questions of sexual deviancy.
There's an idea for a new Calvin Klein ad!
Search and seizure....
i go daily to the airport for my free feel of my junk....sarc
Who in their right mind would fly out of SF with all the homosexuals working for the TSA there?
No doubt those who record these atrocities will be doing jail time soon. That’s the way Communists so things.
Time to impeach the Obama administration for crimes against humanity?
Outrageous.. We are all criminals now.
When people are fed up enough and really want to stop this egregious invasion, they will.
All we need do is stop flying! Cancel reservations, drive, take the bus or train and as profits dry up for the Airlines, they will demand and force a correction to this insanity.
As long as we continue allowing it and saying nothing, other than expressing disdain, it will continue.
Stop flying and it won’t take long for the Airlines to cause a correction.
Interesting read. One of his citations was for recording the interchange. And another woman was also cited for attempting to videotape. Her camera was confiscated. Hmmm, what does that feel like?
If anyone has ever wondered how the Nazis found so many men willing to do the work of the concentration and death camps, they need look no further than the ranks of the TSA. Our problem is far too many Americans are willing to accept these depravations at the hands (literally) of the state. If we don’t, as a people, stand up and say NO MORE, how long will it be until the hand in the groin become a hand turning the key on a cell door for those who don’t comply with the state?
I'm not going to defend the TSA or the San Diego Police. But I think we should choose our "martyrs" carefully. Just as I am distrustful of lefties who put themselves into confrontation with authority, I am similarly distrustful of people who would appear to be on my side who provoke. These are people who would get a hard time from Israeli type security also. Their stories are probably not exactly as depicted.
ML/NJ
But you just did.
I was recently thinking that, what if some passengers just said “Screw it!” and put all their clothes (down to their underwear) in the bins and walked through the metal detectors... STILL not good enough??
He probably would not get the same treatment from Israelis. The Israelis profile and are not doing this to people who don’t fit the profile.
The incident was confirmed by Harbor Police Sergeant Rakos who said Wolanyk was arrested on two misdemeanors, failing to complete the security process; violation code 7.01 and illegally recording the San Diego Airport Authority (they confiscated his iPhone); violation number 7.14 (a).
That's what the article comments said.
It was obvious he didn't have anything hidden, which should have been the object of the procedure. TSA wanted him to put his clothes back on to do the pat down. Makes one question the sexual deviancy angle, as you say.
The comments also said this guy sued and won an open carry case. It sounds to me like this was planned.
illegally recording the police??????????
since when the goddamhell is THAT A CRIME?????
Get your pitchforks and torches ready folks
It should be REQUIRED to record the police whenever possible
The question of whether law enforcement will side with us or the government when the time comes has been answered.
They stand with the government against We the People.
Alea Iacta Est. I will not wear chains. I will not submit.
