illegally recording the police??????????

since when the goddamhell is THAT A CRIME?????

Get your pitchforks and torches ready folks

It should be REQUIRED to record the police whenever possible

As a policy is has been forbidden to videotape or photograph airport security personnel and stations for a long time. This is nothing new. I believe it was in response to a 1970s terrorist attack on an airport in Europe where it was discovered that the terrorists had conducted an extensive photographic recon of their target and the existing security infrastructure and had used the photographic information in planning their attack.

I have asked a few lawyers about this trend of banning the recording of police. They have all said it is a violation of our constitutional rights. Yet it continues and we slide further down the slope.
