Oh sure, the murky one will declare victory. She has a MANDATE with 38% of the vote total...what a joke. Sure Miller, if he were to win, would have a similarly low total. But at least he'd be in a position to acknowledge it, while murky struts around trying to pound Palin and DeMint like some kind of national mandate has been accomplished with her 92,000 uncontested write-in votes.

HOW MANY OF MURKY'S VOTES ARE SUSPECT?

DO THE REGISTERS MATCH THE # OF REGISTERED VOTERS IN EACH DISTRICT?

After what Murkowski did, it would be difficult to characterize Miller as a “sore loser”.

I sure hope Joe wins at the end of this debacle, but Lisa
thinks she’s entitled, so no telling what she might do to
undermind the results if it turns out that he pull it off!

so as usual we find that the candidate on the ground knows far more about the actual situation than reports from the media or the statists. go figure. i guess there are a bunch of very anxious people wanting to bury joe miller and move on quickly before we get a chance to look “behind the curtin.” including persons claiming that a godly man like joe miller could string along his own supporters and campaign workers (who take time from their jobs and families to walk precints and make calls, and on and on) to rake in a little more money. how little these people know of god and believers.

keep goin’ joe. and thank you for protecting our investment in you and our country (unlike coleman who just threw in the towel an independent appeal). us conservatives are all behind you. you take all the time you need to be sure. we’ll keep up our support. there is clearly a lot more at stake here then just an election. we may just learn a lot about how certain statists are stealing elections.

it’s also very clear that if things are done lawfully, miller still has a clear path to victory.

to paraphrase a famous quote: “reports on this site and others of your demise appear to be premature.”

Miller should use his web site to collect affidavits from voters declaring how they voted (or did not vote). He could target suspect precincts first.

Of course, this would only be effective if a large percentage of Alaskans were willing to give up the precious "secret ballot". The Murky supporters and other Democrats would be unlikely to participate in such an independent validation of the vote. But if enough people declared for Miller or for "did not vote", some of the official vote totals would be revealed as impossible. The Miller camp would of course have to supply "did not vote" declarations for any dead citizens still registered.

Go Miller!

Don’t listen to the AH’s like Gingrich et al who have chosen political expediency over principle.

Just heard Newt G on Greta just gushing and wet smacking on Lisa M's wrankled old butt on how wonderful and smart she has been to win the election and what a fantastic Republican she is.

Newt wants to be Prez and he tells the entire Tea Party to fornicate off.

WHAT A STUPID!!!

The only thing that matters is who appointed the judge(s) in question.

Alaska GOP asks Miller to concede
November 17, 2010 21:37 EST

JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — Alaska’s Republican party is asking nominee Joe Miller to concede the U.S. Senate race to incumbent Lisa Murkowski.

State GOP chair Randy Ruedrich says the party “stands ready to embrace” Murkowski as “Alaska’s only Republican U.S. senator.” He called on Miller to respect the will of the voters and to “end his campaign in a dignified manner.”

Murkowski lost the GOP nomination to Miller, the tea party favorite, in the primary. But Murkowski won the seat as a write-in candidate. That makes her the first Senate candidate in more than 50 years to win a write-in campaign.

Miller told Fox News he’s “less cautiously optimistic” than he was before. He also says his campaign wants to take a closer look at the results and election procedures before deciding whether to ask for a recount.

I’m sorry folks, but if you are looking for a race that was stolen, look to the CT Governor’s race and the Bridgeport ballot antics, not this one.

Murky the RINO got 10,000 more write-in votes than Miller got on the ballot. Even if many of these are suspect, she got a 1700 more uncontested votes than Miller’s total.

He can keep contesting but it’s look ‘over’ to me.

And yes, Murky’s ‘mandate’ is a thin one. She got cross-over Dems who wanted to stop the Tea Party guy. And her post-election comments prove why we needed her out of there in the first place. But it’s done.

I haven’t seen any comment anywhere about this simple fact. At the time of Murkowski’s write in announcement, ALL observers, the liberal lamestream media, blogosphere and conservative radio and t.v said Murkowski had no shot whatsoever at a write in campaign. None. What happened? In addition to the fraud factor I mean. How could a hopelessly futile write in effort turn into becoming within striking distance of the fraud margin of error? (like Nevada)

Our campaign has sworn affidavits identifying unsecured ballot boxes, other precincts where numerous ballots appear to be in the same handwriting, others where there is 100% voter turnout and still other precincts where the ballots were sent to the Division of Elections presorted by U.S. Senate candidate

I wonder if Murkowski's in collusion with ACORN, SEIU or other unsavory Leftist organizations.

So, you FReepers calling on Joe to give up with all these allegations of fraud going on and the House firmly out of Democrat control, are you not interested in seeing that the voters aren't disenfranchised, even though that should be the first consideration?

Levin says she is rushing to get the media behind her and get seated because it will be harder for Miller to get a judge to reverse when votes are are counted and challenged...Gore wanted to do same thing....

The serious question to ask is who do conservatives do about, both, the “lame duck” session of the present Congress and with Congress, during their next term, especially with the next U.S. Senate, still, controlled by leftists, from both major political parties, plus two leftist “Independent” Senators”?

Hang in there Joe. Just based on the charges presented, this battle is winnable. 100% voting in some precincts? Ballots presorted? Some of your votes not counted by the electronic voting machines? Division of Elections discerning voter intent for the write-ins, in violation of Alaskan law?

Oh yea, you got case. She and her co-conspirators are trying to steal this election. Deny them.
