Judge to Lakin: Find another defense
World Net Daily ^ | Sept. 2, 2010 | Thom Redmond

A career officer in the U.S. Army acting as a judge in the court-martial process for Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin today ruled that the military is no place for Barak Obama's eligibility to be president to be evaluated.

Army Col. Denise R. Lind today ruled in a hearing regarding the evidence that will be allowed in the scheduled October court-martial for Lakin that he will be denied access to any of Obama's records as well as any testimony from those who may have access to those records.

SNIP

Lind, who took 40 minutes to read her decision to the courtroom, disagreed.

She said opening up such evidence could be an "embarrassment" to the president and anyway, it should be Congress that would call for impeachment of a sitting president.

Why is it predictable? He is doing this country a service by pointing out how crooked it is.

Well, what are details when there’s an opportunity for self-righteous, delusional denigration of other professional human beings who have the sheer audacity to be competent at something the shriekers aren’t. LOL

Why is it predictable?

Because the place of Obama's birth has nothing to do with the lawfulness of the orders he disobeyed. So, he will be convicted and no further light will be shed on the birth certificate issue.

Since there is no law to produce a BC, the judge has no power to order the President to produce a birth certificate. In addition, the judge cannot relieve the Prez of his Commander in Chief duties as granted in the Constitution.

You are correct there. obama is being protected by the same people who put him in power, individuals whose decisions run the world.

obama is not Constitutionly qualified to hold the Office of President. He is a usurper who was elected with the fullknowledge of the Democrat Party hierarchy, the Republican Party hierarchy, and the main stream media.

He wouldnt order the President to produce a BC he would simply let the defense subpoena it from Hawaii or timbuktoo, wherever little obie popped out at.

Your assertions are illogical.

The Constitution says that in order to be President, one has to be a natural born citizen. There is considerable evidence that fraud has been committed.

You’re saying the because he was elected, he’s untouchble.

No one is asking the judge to remove the scum from his CIC duties.

The judge could have (and should have) granted Lakin discovery. Springfield Reformer explained it much better than I can. Did you read his comment above?

Do you like 0thugga or something?

Not only did the Prez not violate any law, the judge does not have the power to relieve him of his Commander in Chief duties as granted under the Constitution.

Why are you saying the judge has no power to relieve the CIC of his duties? That has nothing to do with the case. Lakin isn't asking the judge to to that. What's your point? That Lakin can't ask for discovery? Springfield Refomer pulverized your objections to that already.

And what about your statement "The Prez did not violate any laws" - you mean "ever"? or what?

Yes, but we don’t know if he is ineligible, we know nothing.

IMHO though, he is not NBC because he has dual citizenship but that is not the grounds he is pursuing.

I believe that the Republican Party were complicit.Mc Cain himself said that the Country did not have anything to fear from an obama Presidency. If he had used a tenth of the energy going after obama that he used going after Haywood....

That is insane!

Whether she was bought with money or intimidation she has sold out her fealty to the law.

I would tend to agree, but you would have to go through her entire opinion and be familiar with the military criminal procedure before you could say that with some authority. Remember, we're dealing with a system here that's vastly different from the (civilian) federal criminal justice system or the states' various criminal justice systems. By design, the military criminal justice system, codified in the Universal Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), generally affords defendants less rights than any of the civilian systems.

No, it is the case. Larkin accuses the Prez of lacking authority to order him to do anything. Sorry, the Prez has that authority. No judge, but only Congress can relieve the Prez of his authority via impeachment, conviction and removal.

I’m not familiar with the UCMJ, that’s true, but I have strong doubts that it supports a judge creating a false premise out of whole cloth to justify her reasoning.

This was predictable. Lakin is throwing away a distinguished career and at the end of the day will have nothing to show for it. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Nah, relax, this is just getting started!
