This is GREAT! Woods is an academic with a sense of humor. He knows how to mock the Chris Matthews type "interviews" that characterize the establishment media. This interview with a "zombie" who can do nothing but mindlessly recite cant words and phrases is a great example.

I think it’s a great execution, bearing in mind that the purpose is to publicize a book and lay out its central theses, not just to make people laugh.

Although, according to Godwin’s Law, he did lose an argument to a zombie. ;^)

Another point, though,

is that we, and conservatives in general, especially those seeking political office

need to call these leftists on their NON-arguments.

Just simply say “throwing out an inflammatory term is not an argument, and if you continue to do so, you’re simply demonstrating that you have no substantive oppositional argument to my premises.”

Also a good point. I am on a personal campaign to articulate exactly what I mean in complete sentences without slang. It is vastly superior to invective.

Another way to flummox a lefty is to “go Socrates” on them -

“just exactly what do you mean by ‘change’?”
“oh, really, now, what exactly do you mean by ‘fairness’?”

when they find themselves defending the use of force to confiscate the wealth of one individual to give to another, they get really agitated.

“and that differs from theft, how?”
“so if a majority of people say it’s OK for me to steal your car, that’s not theft?”

I ran across this video while doing some searching around for new developments re 10th Amendment and related material. Found it already posted here under a different keyword, ie, "nullification". A bit cheesy but nevertheless makes some excellent points.

Every red-blooded American should be bitin' at the chomp to get on the jury.

There's only ONE thing at issue in any case:

1. do we uphold the law, i..e, is it morally legit and have a mandate afforded to it under the auspices of the Consstitution
2. Is that ass-hat accused actually guilty beyond reasonable doubt

Every potential jury member should've watched at least the original version of Twelve Angry Dude-men (and preferably the remake also). That movie should be a topic of discussion amongst everybody at dinner.

No true red-blooded American will have any qualms whatsoever concealing a copy of the U.S. Declaration of Independance, Constitution and First 10 Ammendments to the Constitution on their person and into the proceedings.

They will indeed take the bull by the horns and smack everybody on the jury plain silly and senseless with that tiny little pamplet-book.

I fully understand the trepidation that one may experience having knowlege that they may be involved in a 3 or 4 month long trial. That notwithstanding, if there were some actual red-celled Americans on the O.J. trial, things may have turned out different. Its probably because they were all a bunch of heathens anyway.

God save the Ameridcan Republic, the American Constition and the American Way! So help me God!
