I had a local newspaper columnist bring up cruise missiles as his argument against the 2nd Amendment. I quit visiting his blog after that one.

I watched this “interview” (yeah, sometimes I force my self to view the vomit from the left). Chrissy Matthews needed to have his mic shoved down his throat he was so obnoxious. There was only one intent in his little pea brain - to set up the two men being “interviewed” such that they looked like kooks. Unfortunately for Chrissy, the two men were too intelligent to fall for Chrissy’s BS.
Pissy Chrissy is all wee wee’d up again! You’d need to put some duct tape over that big mouth to ever have a fair debate with him.

A letter of marque and Reprisal is government authorization targeting [marking] an individual or group for punishment [reprisal]; similar, in concept, to a “Wanted” poster.
One option after 11 Sep was to use such letters against al Queda / Taliban; Ron Paul suggested that it would be more affordable than a war/military-operation.
Just a little nudge gets the job done, eh?
