It's guts ball time for an Army surgeon who has vowed not to deploy to Afghanistan with his unit unless President Obama provides evidence that he's a "natural born" citizen of the United States.
In response to previously published statements by Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, the Army presented an official letter of counseling that directs him to report to Fort Campbell, Ky., on April 12 to begin deployment preparations with his unit.

Ignorant of the facts. The Electoral College of Democrat partisans doesn't override the US Constitution or any other election. The Democrat Congress is not being truthful with the American people, and the courts are hiding behind "standing" issues and none of the court cases have been adjudicated on the merits.
The LTC doesn’t get to decide who is President.
He gets to choose to whether he believes the orders he receives are lawful.
I don't think anyone disputes that the NBC clause existed in the Constitution. Obviously there were discussions of it. But have you even read the Hamilton quote? It doesn't support your position.

None of these decisions, not Wong Kim Ark or any of those you cite, were specifically asked to define an NBC. None did. If you read them, instead of simply cutting and pasting references from con men trying to create an inferential web, you will discover that. But Wong Kim Ark provides by far the most explicit discussion of the NBC issue, and has been cited by an actual Court as supporting the proposition that Obama is a NBC.

Since they were sons of British subjects themselves, it's hardly inconceivable they would extend that right to others born here. The Hamilton quote you cited clearly states someone born here is a citizen eligible to be President.

I believe what you mean to say is that natural born citizens are a sub-classification of citizens distinct from other sub-classifications such as naturalized citizens or whatever term you want to invent for citizens born to foreign fathers.

A citizen cannot be president. A Natural Born Citizen can.
