That makes no sense at all. Logically, you are saying a natural born citizen is not a citizen.
I believe what you mean to say is that natural born citizens are a sub-classification of citizens distinct from other sub-classifications such as naturalized citizens or whatever term you want to invent for citizens born to foreign fathers.

A citizen cannot be president. A Natural Born Citizen can.
They are mutually exclusive.
