Then, Scott Brown won election to the U.S. Senate from Massachusetts. No one is laughing anymore. In fact, Democrats are facing political annihilation this November. Not only do Democrats face the possibility of losing their congressional majorities, massive losses in state house races could jeopardize redistricting next year and set back the progressive agenda for at least a decade.

So, the Clinton Empire is planning to strike back.

Big Government has learned that Clintonistas are plotting a “push/pull” strategy. They plan to identify 7-8 national figures active in the tea party movement and engage in deep opposition research on them. If possible, they will identify one or two they can perhaps ‘turn’, either with money or threats, to create a mole in the movement. The others will be subjected to a full-on smear campaign. (Has MSNBC already been notified?)

Big Government has also learned that James Carville will head up the effort.

Obviously, there is no love lost between Obama and the Clinton machine. It may at first seem odd that Clinton would rush to Obama’s defense, but the tea party movement poses a threat far beyond the immediate goals of the Obama Administration.

The tea party movement could evolve into a new political realignment, one founded on a belief in limited government and less government interference in the economy. The Progressive agenda, which has been painstakingly built up over the last three decades, could be left in tatters.

As the Clinton’s know, “politics ain’t beanbag.” Expect the counterattack soon. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.

BACKSTORY The tax-exempt Clinton Foundation also provided $275,000 in tax-exempt grants supposedly for ACORNS’S "Katrina Benefits Access project" and ACORN'S "Operation Hope Project; Restore Hope." The tax-exempt Clinton Foundation also helped secure "private sector" commitments for ACORN.

JUST WONDERING Can ACORN produce records on how they spent the money? Oh, nevermind. The IRS, SEC, FBI, Congress and the GAO can find out (/snic).

The IRS has pinpointed tax-exempts and non-profits as the locus classicus for money laundering and tax evasion (stolen money is taxable). The biggest frauds are tax-exempts writing checks to other tax-exempts---the way these "altruistic do-gooders" siphon off, then launder, tax-free monies for themselves.

The Rathkes embezzled millions from ACORN --- but their activities offshore gives rise to concerns about massive govt fraud and money laundering.

Since 1970, ACORN has organized in 1,200 neighborhood chapters in 110 cities across the US and in cities in Canada, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Argentina and India.

ACORN also appears to have been involved in improper use of pension funds ..... some of the Rathke embezzlment was apparently taken from the pension fund using ACORN's American Express card. This displacement of funding led to the creation of a complex repayment system in which accused embezzler Dale Rathke owed ACORN, and ACORN in turn, owed ABA, which, for its part, wrote off part of the money. I think that anything they do negative will just cause a backlash against them. The Tea Party evolution will continue regardless of what they do - vary different than previous elections. Democrats just don’t get it yet - thank goodness!

Of ALL people, he was interviewed by Clinton’s

I’m rather surprised at his nonchalant and blase
questions, sort of as an outsider when he was definitely
an insider, among those representing Clinton in this
saga. Unless .. he’s still operating as a Clinton
operative .. getting more inside info for some further
Clinton vengeful plan.

We won’t forget the stunning and overriding
impact of Linda Tripp. God bless and protect
her. If not for her tapes and ESPECIALLY her
persistent urging of Monica to keep the blue
dress intact and the very existence of that
defining evidence, Clinton would’ve skated
entirely, blaming it all on politics and the vast
right wing conspiracy, and likely getting away
with it.

He doesn’t get into that issue in this
interview, except at the very end and very
superficially. I’d like to know how he
handles it in the book.

I haven’t read the book, and if Gormley glosses
over the profound and decisive impact of that
element, then the book is certainly missing ALL
the critical details.

Interesting, that Gormley reveals that indictment
papers WERE drawn up against Hillary and Hubbell,
and that it IS the case that at some point, Susan
McDougall and Clinton did have an affair.

This chapter will forever burn in BillyJeff’s brain
and hide .. he can’t STAND that his impeachment
actually happened .. that he got caught .. still gets
purple-faced and arrogantly outraged and insulted
at even the thought.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. Ice, snow, and wind keep my power popping off and on. had to shut down for most of the day.
I saw Mark Potok on BOR last night. He gives me the absolute creeps. These are the same guys who don’t think LaRaza is racist. Potok is particularly over the left hump. SPLC has no credibility except with the far, far left race and poverty pimps.
