Why bother with food bans?
Why doesn’t the government just tell people what they are allowed to eat? And how much. And when...

I eat butter (and eggs) but because I also do many hours of cardio each week (spin class and bike outdoors) it doesn't have any effect on my cholesterol.
I asked my doc about it and he said that the problem with such foods in not so much the foods as the combination of such foods with a sedentary lifestyle.

That's almost 2 lbs a month...
I know I don't consume that much.
And suppose you cook your eggs in butter....a lot of the butter stays in the pan.
If you do butter and toast everyday...just change that one habit...

How about just losing weight? Dietary fat doesn’t cause obesity, glycemogenic carbs do. A diet high in protein and fat actually contributes to weight loss. Atkins proved that. The mainstay of controlling weight is exercise, which contributes to lowering bad and raising good cholesterol.
Sure, thin people who exercise have heart attacks, but for every one of those, their are 6 or 7 obese people who don’t exercise who have heart disease. Smoking is no longer the #1 health risk in the US, obesity is.

Nonsense. Butter is an excellent food. Just make sure it’s as natural as possible, no hormones in the milk etc.
Just look at famously long-lived clades of humanity, such as rural Italians. Are they eating butter, or ‘spreads’?

We’re talking English cooking, the results will not be palatable anyway, bada bump!

OMG!!! Can this be true? Is Tofu really the only food left to mankind to eat......? Is it now genocide for cattle, chickens, many of the fatty fish,......or is this simply another repeat of past articles that come under the headings of "Publish or Perish.....................?
