...now, however, the proposed nullification would be in support of a constitutional right which removes the moral and emotional legitimacy that accrued to the Feds in the Arkansas integration case. Would Obama and Co. have the nerve to try to use the military to force New Hampshire to violate the 2nd amendment rights of its citizens? Would the military allow itself to be used in such a way?

Here is a list of 10th amendment supporters.
I hope you are correct, but history says otherwise.
Missouri is one of those states ready to push back. And probably about 25 more “Red States”.
The states with the major problems are the ones who are totally controlled by DemoRats from their legislative base.
So in part I can agree the dumbest states are controlled by Dumbocrats.
Even though we have a DemoRat governor here, both chambers of the state legislature have super majority Republicans. And I actually believe our governor is not a tax and spend liberal. He appears to be relatively conservative for a DemoRat. I am sure a good part of that is because he knows the legislature can override (and has) any veto.
We are on top of the 10th Amendment resistance with the Missouri Sovereignty Project. I believe we have the will, and the fight in us to take on the Fudds.
Never forget a Donk is a Donk. Get rid of that Govenor.
You are right in a sense. But The 10th wasn't nullified.
But indeed civil rights is an issue most responsible people will not stand against. The civil war was about states rights and the Federal government imposing taxes on cotton in the south. The civil war effort did not gain popular support until Lincoln introduced the issue of slavery (civil rights) into the conflict with the Emancipation Proclamation.
Only then did the Civil War gain widespread support from North and South humanitarians who could not stand in the way of human rights. And I fully expect any current efforts to invoke the 10th will arouse more of the race card the left wingers and Marxists love to play when all else fails.
Because they know, rightous people will not consciously deny civil rights to anyone.
For the successful invocation of 10th Amendment reforms, we have to nullify any race baiting and social “justice” accusations the left wing will present to stir the winds of obstruction. Any federal judge who stands in the way may very well find himself surrounded with angry, armed mobs. They better take heed. Americans are tired of their obstructionism.
Dem Jay Nixon still has 3 years. Much because the GOP sold us out on their own picked candidate who, like McCain, failed to energize the voters because he wasn’t conservative enough.
Coming from Congress, Kenny Hulsoff the RINO record of shame accompanied him.
Tea Party activism will not allow us to be sold down the river with a lamer ever again. We have learned our lesson and know we can not trust the GOP to front anything but a one size fits all politician, which is no longer acceptable.
I agree on every point, but forcing Federal judges to act in a way that upholds states rights and the 10th, will be the biggest stumbling block.
Then the states will have to make sure the amendment is upheld won't they? Ignore rulings from liberal judges, the constitution is clear. If Bozo wants to try to use military force against the states he may be unhappily surprised.
I do not recall saying anything about State Capitals, if we force them to spend most of the year in their District, how is that going to connect them to the State Capital? This is not the State Legislature we are talking about, but the U.S. House of Representatives. Now the Senate is another matter, but they could "choose" to live somewhere other than the State Capital.
