I think I saw a picture of this meeting on CNN or Fox News over the weekend. But nothing today.
Senator Lieberman is calling for a Congressional investigation. He can start by getting BHO II to release all his birth records, school records, and selective service records. We know nothing about this guy except that he lies a lot and will do anything in his power to get his way. If we delve into Hasan’s background since 9/11, we might as well do the same for Obama.

We shall see in a few weeks if the WH has undue influence on what the military and the FBI find to constitute a concrete profile of this guy. It should be obvious at this point this guy was no innocent victim of religious discrimination.
He should have been released from the Army years back.

I should have added. It is rather interesting that ABC news has been rather forthright in reports on this case. They don't seem to be putting any serious spin on it to protect this Jihadist.
Of course many of us could quickly rebuke me and say hey stupid... their motive is to place blame on our military establishment in this case. But then in this particular case, they would be fully warranted in their charge. This guy should have been history a long time ago.

Speaking of the Los Angeles Times, on Friday the paper printed an exceptionally idiotic column by Rosa Brooks titled “9/11 Was Bad, but . . .The attacks were appalling, but they don’t pose the threat politicians make them out to be...The right-wing assault on supposedly liberal universities appeared to have run out of steam after the ‘80s, but it revived after 9/11. Capitalizing on increased anxiety about national security, Horowitz and his ilk were able to start denouncing the academics they disliked as not merely liberal but pro-terrorist “sympathizers … of Osama bin Laden.”

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced Wednesday that Khalid Al-Jawary, a dangerous Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) terrorist convicted of a 1973 New York City bomb plot and implicated in multiple terrorist attacks spanning two decades, was deported to Sudan. He had served only half of his thirty year sentence.
Recently declassified information additionally reveals that Al-Jawary got help from New York's Iraqi diplomatic mission in communicating with his PLO masters.
In March of 1973, Al-Jawary and possible accomplices planted three powerful car bombs: two along 5th Avenue near Israeli-owned banks, and one at Kennedy Airport. Timed to explode upon the arrival in New York of then Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir, the bombs fortunately never detonated. Al-Jawary then fled the United States and remained on the run until 1991 when he was nabbed in Italy and turned over to the FBI. While Al-Jawary always maintained his innocence, 60 of his fingerprints were lifted from the bombs and related evidence.
In addition to the 1973 bomb plot, Al-Jawary was suspected in a worldwide mail bombing campaign in the 1970s and the midair bombing of a TWA airliner in 1974 which killed all 88 on board, including 17 Americans. He was arrested and held for a time in Germany in 1979 for another bombing attempt. His bomb-making signature - a certain kind of electronic timing device - also linked him to other fatal bombings throughout the 1970s and 1980s.
